Sales Executive – CFP Solutions

CFP Software is part of GMG Property Services and is the largest supplier of property management software in the UK with over 2500 customers.

 

Our new department, CFP Solutions, is an outsourced client accounting service aimed at our CFPwinMan software customers.

 

OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE

To act as Sales / Lead Generator in order to drive the CFP Solutions Business.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·         To be fully conversant with CFP Solutions service.

·         To contact customers from current database in order to drive sales

·         To pitch CFP Solutions service over the phone and at occasional face to face sales meetings

·         To log details of calls and store emails to enable colleagues to fully understand  client history

·         To act promptly on leads provided.

·         To maintain accurate internal records.

·         To help to co-ordinate marketing activity with the central marketing team

·         To liaise with field based staff.

·         To ensure that any required documentation is supplied to the customer promptly.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

·         Previous sales role

·         IT Skills including word/excel

·         Experience of a CRM database system would be useful

·         Experience of property management industry would be useful

Hours of work: Mon-Fri 9 am - 5.30pm – 37.5 hours

Reporting to:        General Manager, CFP Software

Location:               Redruth (with some travel to client sites as required)
