New Business Sales Executive – CFP Software

OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE
To sell the range of CFP ‘lettings and property management’ software solutions/ services to estate agents & lettings agents across the country.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· To self-generate sales leads through a combination of telephone cold calling, canvass visits and organised roadshows.
· To sell all products across the CFP portfolio and any new products introduced from time to time.
· To ensure that all relevant prospective clients within your defined area are contacted & informed about CFP products with a view to placing an order within the timescales established by the Head of Sales.
· Ensure a minimum specified number of field visits/presentations per week
· To ensure information entered into the CRM system is accurate and up to date.
· To provide presentations from a portfolio of CFP software solutions to prospective clients.
· To continuously liaise with prospective customers
· To maintain and grow the company CRM data base.
· To work in conjunction with the Sales Team to increase brand awareness.
· To attend selected exhibitions throughout the year.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
· Previous sales role
· Experience of the UK lettings market, ideally as a CFPwinMan user, or via a career selling to lettings/estate agents.
Hours of work: Mon-Fri 9 am - 5.30pm – 37.5 hours
Reporting to: Head of Sales, CFP Software
Location: Home-based (Ideally in Midlands area) with extensive travel to client sites in the UK
