Due to continued growth we are now seeking another enthusiastic and highly motivated software trainer to join our highly successful sales & training team, to help meet the ever increasing demand for our popular property management system.

The ideal candidate should be a confident, competent CFPwinMan user and will appreciate being appreciated, enjoy a relaxed but sometimes pressured working life with opportunities for travel and a desire to provide the highest levels of service and professionalism to the property industry.

You should be confident with computers, have a sound knowledge of double entry/client accounting and be prepared to travel circa 20,000 mile pa. with frequent overnight stays. Ideally you will be living in, Essex, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire or Buckinghamshire.

Software Support Staff Required!

CFPsupport - based in Redruth, Cornwall
Salary - Dependant on experience + benefits

As part of our ongoing expansion plans we are on the lookout for suitable enthusiastic individuals to join our busy Software Support team. We are able to offer the suitable candidate an opportunity to work in a challenging yet enjoyable and rewarding environment. Experience of the Property Industry is essential, and the ideal candidate should also possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, good personality and would be able to work on their own initiative and also as a valued member of a team.

The role will involve offering telephone support to our customers on our range of Software packages. Full training will be provided, along with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Both full and part-time positions would be available for the appropriate candidate.
