Training

Training

Training is essential to ensure you get the most out of your investment.

It also gives you and your staff the ability to understand and benefit from all the functionality the system has to offer.

We have a nationwide team of highly qualified trainers.

Our team of dedicated trainers, based regionally throughout the UK, are available to support you all the way from installation through to refresher sessions and helping with the induction of new staff.

We offer the highest levels of training and listen to our customers' requirements to ensure we develop our software to meet their changing needs.

Unrivalled software & top industry knowledge cater for your needs.

Our trainers all have unrivalled experience in both the use of the software, and the Property industry, in fact, many even used the software when they worked in lettings companies.

We are able to offer several methods of training that cater for all types of needs and abilities. Our experience has shown us that training is best absorbed in short regular spells on a face to face basis in your offices where we can work within an environment that your staff feel comfortable using your own data on their own computers and most importantly at their own pace. However if it suits your needs better, training can also take place at one of our Regional Training Centres or by telephone.

Recommended training requirements…

Our training is aimed at maximising the beneficial impact of the software on your business from the first session. A minimum of 3 training sessions (3 hours per session) is recommended for any of our software packages. Some more advanced functionality may well require additional training sessions; these can be booked as required.

Help to get up and running quickly.

Prior to installation we will discuss with you, and mutually agree, a training program to meet your specific requirements.

operation you keep your existing systems maintained. All our software is easy to use but because it can change the workflow of so many staff, it is fundamental that the implementation of each function is properly planned to ensure a successful installation. This means we ensure that one module is "up and running" before you move to the next.

Regional Training centres and courses.

Our experience tells us that training on-site in your office is normally the most effective, but if you’d rather come to us, we have “hands-on” training facilities in both Luton and York, where you can get away from some of the possible distractions in your office.

We also run frequent courses at these venues, and others around the country, where you can catch up on specific areas of the program. e.g. advanced accounts sessions, new feature sessions, basic training etc.

We notify all our customers about these courses through our regular E-Newsletters.

FREE CFPwinMan Health Checks

Even after the best training initially, your staff will always forget things, or they may leave and take some of their valuable experience with them. We know that most of our users do not utilise all of the facilities available to them in CFPwinMan. This means users are not getting full value out of their investment in the software. To help out, we offer free ‘health checks’ to existing customers, arranged at a mutually convenient time, when we can give advice about features within the software that are being used well, as well as areas that might be currently under-utilised. The aim is to make your business more efficient by making the best use of our software. This could save you time and money!

If you’d like to organise one a free health check, please contact our Support Team on 01209 313121 or email healthcheck@cfp-software.co.uk

Manuals & Help Sheets.

PDF manuals are supplied within the Help section of all our software packages. These manuals are in an easy to read format and contain lots of user friendly screen shots to help along the way.

Please remember though, the manuals are designed to supplement our on-site training and to be used as a memory jogger/aid for quick progression, rather than a replacement for training.

We also provide a range of Help Sheets on request to assist with specific areas of the program. They detail how to achieve common tasks within the software packages and, of course, our helpful support team are available to answer any queries you may have…
