CFP expands its sales team to meet customer demand

CFP,
the UK’s largest supplier of lettings and property management software, saw a
huge growth in business in 2009 and this success has continued throughout 2010,
with the company expanding its sales team to meet the ever increasing level of customer
demand.
Already
dominating the property management and lettings market with nearly 50% market
share, CFP’s innovative software package, CFPwinMan is installed in well over
2,500 businesses and has tens of thousands of users throughout the country. CFP
has also recently rebranded sister company, Vebra’s offering to lettings and
property agents as ‘CFP Premise’ and ‘CFP Premise Platinum’.
Lauren
Gray has been appointed as a new Area Sales Manager in the Midlands. Her main
role is to source and bring in new business, ensuring that all property
management and lettings businesses are aware of the benefits of CFPwinMan.
Having worked in property
management previously, Lauren was an Area Team Leader for a leading London
lettings agency and managed six people and over 800 properties. Her work mainly
consisted of referencing tenants, managing properties, dealing with in-depth
complaints and producing company procedures.
Lauren commented; “So far,
I have found my new role at CFP to be exciting, fresh and challenging as I am
enjoying meeting new companies to see how I can help them achieve their longer
term business plans.
“As I have worked in
property management myself and have a first-hand understanding of the legislation
that continues to change and the needs and wants of their clients, I feel that
I am able to show them exactly what CFPwinMan can do to simplify their
day-to-day tasks. This then enables them to concentrate on different aspects of
their business.
“I believed in the product
the first time I saw it and I am sure that once other lettings agents and
property managers see the software, it will certainly speak for itself.”
Sara
Seymour was also recently recruited as an additional Area Sales Manager and will
be taking over the management of new and existing business in and around the M4
corridor. Having previously worked for CFP’s sister company, Vebra, Sara has 10
years of experience working in the property sector, including residential
sales, lettings, property management and HIPs.
Sara commented; “I am
really looking forward to joining the sales team of the most admired property
management system in the UK. I really enjoy meeting potential new customers,
identifying ways we can help them and then implementing a successful solution
for them.
“Having worked in the lettings
software industry before, I feel ideally placed to show CFP’s customers exactly
how CFPwinMan can revolutionise the way they are working and save them
significant amounts of time each and every day.”
James Toogood, Head of
Sales at CFP, said: “All our products are performing extremely well and it is
evident that investment in technology and software is back at the top of the
agenda for a growing number of property managers and lettings agents.
“We appointed Lauren in
order to cope with the increasing number of enquiries from potential new
customers and to concentrate on identifying new clients and work exclusively
with those not currently using CFP software products. Sara has joined our sales
team to help look after the high density of new and existing customers we have in
and around the M4 corridor and we’re delighted she has chosen to bring her
significant property management software sales experience to the CFP team.
“These appointments signal
a continued success for CFP in terms of business, despite the uncertainty that
is still very much dominating the property market, and also reflects the huge
amount of interest in CFP’s software products. I am sure that both Lauren and
Sara will be critical in helping us expand even further and I look forward to
working alongside both of them.”
