A number of CFP Software's clients are named winners at the 2010 Letting Agency of the Year Awards
CFP Software would like to congratulate a number of its clients who were named as winners at the 2010 Letting Agency of the Year Awards.
The awards took place during Lettings LIVE on Tuesday 15th June and were held at the QEII Conference Centre in Westminster. The judging process was based on a written submission, followed by a phone interview and the judges consisted of highly experienced property professionals.
Lenwell, Property Services, who cover Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire, took home three awards; Gold for Best Technology and Online and Best Customer Service and Silver for Best Small Lettings Agency. Knightsbridge-based WA Ellis won Gold for Best Single Lettings Agency and Best Luxury Lettings Agency, and Silver for Best Customer Service.
Two other London-based agencies were also big winners. Foxtons was awarded Gold for Best Property Management and Fitz-Gibbon was presented Silver for Best Small Lettings Agency and Bronze for Best Customer Services. National chain, Belvoir, won Gold for Best Lettings Franchise.
