CFP Software announces changes to senior staff
CFP Software, the market leader and largest supplier of lettings and property management software, has announced a change to its senior staff.
Since the recent launch of CFP Solutions, the ultimate accounting service for lettings agents and property managers, Lynn Grant-McIntyre and Beverley Stroud have taken on key roles in the overall management of this new initiative.
As CFP Solutions Manager, Lynn will be responsible for the back office bureau functions, as well as continuing to support the CFP support team with their training plans. Lynn has worked in property management for over 20 years; working initially in the client account department for a national chain and then as a property manager. After becoming self-employed in 1995, she purchased software from CFP and then sought work providing a back office function for agents and portfolio landlords. In 2001, Lynn began working for CFP as a trainer and was then relocated to its head office in Redruth six years later to pursue other projects. CFP Solutions is the culmination of much of this work.
Beverley has been appointed as CFP Solutions Accounts Manager and is responsible for all aspects of the client transaction and integration process. With over 20 years’ experience in the property industry, Beverley has worked in a variety of roles, including running a property pension portfolio and building up the lettings arm of an independent estate agents. She has previously worked for CFP as a senior trainer before moving to its sister company, Vebra, where she most recently headed up the training team.
CFP Solutions is a specialist service from CFP Software and is designed to undertake any administrative and client accounting tasks; saving customers both time and money, allowing them to focus on the growth and development of their business. The service works in tandem with CFPwinMan software by connecting remotely to the client’s computer to enable accounts inputting and transactions on their behalf.
