CFP customers clean up at the 2010 Estate Agent and Letting Agent Awards

CFPWinMan

CFP Software is proud to report that almost half of the winners named as ‘Letting Agent of the Year’ in various categories at the 2010 Estate Agent and Letting Agent Awards use its innovative CFPwinMan software.

Known as the Estas, the awards scheme is officially the largest and longest running in the property industry and is unique as it doesn’t use a panel of experts to select the winners. Instead, agents are judged on feedback received by their own clients on the level of customer service they provide.

The awards were presented by Phil Spencer, from Channel 4’s Location, Location, Location, at a prestigious lunch at the Marriott Hotel in London on 15th April. A total of 45 winners were announced in the letting agent category and 19 of them were CFP clients, which is 42 percent overall.

National chain, Martin & Co’s Glasgow office, was awarded Gold for the ultimate accolade; ‘Best Letting Agent in the UK’ and also won a Silver award for the ‘Best Large Letting Agent Chain’. Seven of its UK branches picked up two Gold, two Silver and three Bronze awards in the regional categories. Kerrigans Estate Agents in Doncaster won Bronze in the ‘Best Letting Agent in the UK’ and Gold in the Yorkshire and Humber regional category, whilst two Manchester-based agencies, Thorley Groves and Homes4u, won Silver and Bronze in the ‘Best Small Letting Agent Chain’ category respectively.

Other winners in the regional categories, who are also clients of CFP, included:

  • Castlebrae Letting – Silver for Scotland,
  • McCartan Lettings – Bronze for Wales,
  • Swindon Home Finders – Silver in the Southern category,
  • Crompton Estates – Bronze for London,
  • Norgans Lettings – Silver in the South East (North) category,
  • Parkheath Lettings – Bronze in the South East (North) category.

CFPwinMan is the most widely used lettings and property management software package across the UK and is the only one to be accredited by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).

Peter Everett., General Manager of CFP Software, commented; “This is a fantastic achievement for all our winning clients, as it is a true testimonial of the high level of customer service directly from the people who count.

“We are proud that our innovative software solution is able to minimise, simplify and automate many day-to-day tasks, which allows agents to spend more time on their customers, hence why a number of our clients were recognised for their high level of customer service.”
