CFP Software Goes From Strength to Strength

Despite the difficult trading conditions in the property sector this year, CFP Software, the market leader in lettings and property management software, has enjoyed a good trading period for the first three quarters of 2009, with a significant increase in turnover, reflecting the buoyancy in the lettings market.

CFP have capitalised on the buoyant conditions in the lettings market and has signed up several major new clients to its software during 2009. It has also continued to role out its product, CFPwinMan, to the UK‘s two largest lettings franchises – Belvoir and Martin & Co.

Martin & Co, the UK’s leading lettings brand, has used CFP software for seven years and believes it has contributed to the successful running of the business.

CFP Software has also strengthened its management team with the appointment of Peter Everett as General Manager, based at the company’s Head Office in Redruth, Cornwall.

Peter has been in the estate agency industry for over 27 years and he has previously held senior sales, marketing, franchising and business development roles with Your Move, Hamptons International and briefly the Live Organisation.

In addition to this, CFP Software has invested in a new webcfpsite, due to launch before the end of the year and has implemented new software systems to improve the efficiency and performance of the call centre support team, which has also been increased in size.

Mark Daruvalla, Managing Director of CFP Software, comments: “We are delighted with our success so far this year, which although is helped by the buoyancy of the lettings market. We have enjoyed a successful year due to the quality of our software in helping agents to deal with all aspects of lettings including the minefield of compliance.

“To ensure that we can guide lettings agencies through the maze of legislation, we have worked in conjunction with agents to raise the standards of professional practice, which has resulted in the accreditation of CFP software in 2008 from The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).”

CFP software is the market leader in lettings, property management, holiday lettings and estate agency software, which has been recognised through several major Awards, including the Deloitte Fast 50 Awards, the Cornwall Business Award 3 years running and becoming a finalist in the National Business Awards and Growing Business Awards.
