Vebra, Core and CFP all report a jump in demand

GMG Property Services has reported a sharp increase in orders across its three estate agent and property management software brands; Vebra, Core and CFP.
Mark Goddard, Group Managing Director, GMG Property Services, said: "We have invested heavily across our whole product range over the last 18 months and we are now seeing the fruits of this investment. All our products are performing extremely well and it is evident that investment in technology and software is back at the top of the agenda for a growing number of agents.”
GMG Property Services has several major launches in the pipeline this year and expectations are high. All its software now has migration tools, which enable simple transfer between products. It also offers a complete migration solution from Reapit, which is proving extremely popular.
A big advantage of using VebraLive and EncoreLive is that it can be used by staff based in the office as a desktop solution, as well as those out of the road as an ASP/web-based solution. Many agents who aren’t quite ready to make the move from a desktop solution know when buying VebraLive or EncoreLive, they can adapt their business immediately when required.
CFP is already dominant in the property management and letting marketplace, with its market leading software package, CFPwinMan. It is also the only property management software provider to be accredited by the Institute of Chartered Accountants for England and Wales (ICAEW) whilst being fully compliant with the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA), National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS), National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Mark Goddard concluded: “CFP saw a huge growth in 2009 and this has continued into 2010; strengthened by a fantastic record in customer service with first class training and support teams.”
