GMG Property Services Reach for the Sky

Last year, GMG Property Services launched a two-year employee fundraising relationship with Shelter, the housing and homelessness charity.
Each of the five GMG Property Services locations were given a fundraising target and since then staff have been taking part in a range of madcap initiatives to raise funds for the charity. Last month, two members of staff participated in the aptly named Vertical Rush challenge, which involved running or walking up over 920 steps of Tower 42, one of the tallest buildings in London.
Mark Goddard, Group Managing Director, GMG Property Services, said: “Staff across all our offices have made a great effort to support Shelter, and the Vertical Rush challenge was undoubtedly a highlight of our fundraising so far.
“We have raised over £4,000 since we started our fundraising relationship with Shelter and there are plenty more initiatives in the pipeline. We have several members of staff currently training for cycle rides and the London Marathon so we are expecting to raise more money over the next few months."
