CFP Software to launch CFPDataFeed and LiveLets.com

CFP Software has announced the launch of CFPDataFeed – its automated data upload service. This will allow CFP customers to automatically upload properties directly from CFPwinMan to property portals such as Rightmove, Findaproperty, Primelocation and Zoopla, as well as many others.

This feed will require no manual intervention from CFPwinMan users, enabling businesses to free up staff and software resources and allowing them to run more efficiently. The automatic uploads will take place twice a day, with fast upload speeds ensuring that properties are available to the market as quickly as possible. All leads generated by LiveLets.com will be referred (free of charge) back to agents via email.

Along with the new CFPDataFeed, CFP Software will also be launching its property portal - LiveLets.com – in the near future. This will be available to all CFP customers, free of charge. As 45%* of UK dedicated letting and property management agents now use CFP software we expect that this will quickly become the country’s largest specialist lettings portal.
