CFPwinMan remains the only lettings and property management software to be accredited by the ICAEW

CFP Software is delighted to announce that its innovative lettings and property management software product, CFPwinMan, has had its accreditation renewed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).

Mark Goddard, Managing Director of CFP, commented: “We remain the only property management software system in the UK, which has passed this very high benchmark with the ICAEW, which should give all our users extreme confidence in the CFPwinMan product they are using. In addition, the accreditation also now covers our new service charge modules. We are very proud of this achievement and it really does set us apart from our competition in terms of setting the standard.”

CFPwinMan is the most widely used lettings and property management software package across the UK and is already installed in over 3,000 businesses, with tens of thousands of users.
