Run with a hands-on learning approach, the workshop aims to increase knowledge, efficiency, professionalism and quality. It is suitable for those who already have a reasonable working knowledge of CFPwinMan, but are not utilising it to its full potential. It will also help those looking to streamline their office procedures to save time and maximise profit.

- Suggested daily and weekly account routines
- Managing contractors and outstanding work
