CFPwinManmba is a powerful commercial letting, property management and client accounting system based around our award winning CFPwinMan program giving you focus on effective management of commercial buildings & estates whilst allowing you to use all the practical functionality of a residential software package.

CFPwinManmba is designed to make the production of large volumes of service charge demands a simple task, together with the production of the correct statutory notices. Ground Rent demands and notices can also be produced at the same time. These funds are automatically separated from service charge and sinking funds upon receipt. CFPwinManmba has an array of reports that allows you stay in control of your service charge accounts; these together with all the other management tools that you will find in the accredited CFPwinMan make your daily tasks easily manageable.
