2015 marks a significant year of growth for Property Software Group, with more to come

Property Software Group CEO, Mark Goddard, has today revealed a huge surge in revenues after an exceptionally strong 2015 which saw massive growth in client numbers, as estate agents flocked to PSG’s portfolio of market leading cloud solutions.

Revenues at Property Software Group were up 30% year-on-year and 2016 is expected to see the same growth with order books now full up to April and beyond.

But that’s not all, Goddard has also given hints of significant product launches in 2016, advising that PSG would shortly be releasing the hugely anticipated Property Management module for Alto.

In addition, a brand new innovative and industry-leading module will soon be available to all PSG users for free, providing agents with significant online tools to help them compete in the online agent space. The module has a heavy focus on Landlords and Tenants, and includes a brand new Landlord and maintenance reporting module.

The growth of PSG’s newest software release MoveIT, which helps agents monetise their clients more effectively with additional referral services such as conveyancing, mortgages and removals, is in the process of being rolled out across the PSG portfolio. Goddard comments, “MoveIT now has 12 dedicated staff and is growing fast. Take-up from agents has been significant and we expect to continue the significant traction made in 2015 on this platform through 2016 and beyond.”

The current perceived disruption in the UK property space has really allowed PSG to focus on the value technology can add to an agent’s business. All PSG’s 9,000 agency customers will benefit materially from the wide-range of services which are now available to them.
